To be quite honest the staff is not rude, unless you are a very very very rude person and in that case your food is probably spat in at every restaurant in town. The guidelines of convicted felonies have not been changed. Yeah your car will be towed if it is parked illegally, stupid!!! I love the staff and they have always been helpful, throughout my move. I just moved here and so far it has been incredible. Through the application process they told me they were running a criminal check and felonies were not allowed!!! I am surprised at the former writer, and I challenge anyone to go into the office and speak to anyone. They are very nice and up front. They do there job well. Especially Erica. I cant say enough about her. Only the people who have been ugly wont sign there name. How come you are scared to sign your name, because it isnt true.

This was clearly written by a staff member. Anytime the review starts out about how "great" the staff is, its obvious they are the ones writing it.

That's not true man. I'm a resident and the staff is very nice. Your name removes all credibility in my book anyways.

The staff is very very unfriendly. I am not a mean person if that is what your thinking. I treat people professionaly and give business people my respect, but too bad that management does not have that same respect for their paying residents. They are rude, curt, abrupt, abusive, bad-mannered, disrespectful......do I need to go on. I think you can definitely understand my point. When I go up to the office to explain a problem that I am having, of course I am waiting and there are other people there as well, and I see that they are just being unprofessional. Management, It is ok to smile every once in awhile. Just because everyday happens to be your bad day doesnt mean that you have to pass that on to your residents.

I think they are fairly friendly actually, until you have a serious issue and they have to help with it. They are extremely diplomatic and political, that's all. They play the game to save face in teh office (especially if new people or other tenants are around) and were always incredibly friendly on the phone. But as far as getting a resolution to ANYTHING at Deerfield, I had to contact corporate several times to see any action taken...look up the info for their corporate office and I assure you that you WILL see results even if the local staff is rude to you. If they truly are rude adn you were courteous, then there should be no problem reporting their attitude to their corporate office - who by the way are very attentive and helpful, but it is sad that we had to resort to calling them instead on multiple occassions. Oh and regarding the towing, people were illegally parked constantly and I WISH they would have been towed. Signs are posted everywhere saying your permit must be displayed, so there's no excuse for getting towed unless you were parked illegally or did not have your permit in the window.

of course they're friendly to new possible residents...they just want your commision...then as soon as you sign the dotted line, you're theirs...you'll learn lady.
