Pretty nice with some minor annoyances

The inside and outside of these apartments are really nice. The complex is geared toward professionals so if you are single, or married without kids, this is a good place for you. There are no good play areas for kids and the limited grass space was always covered with a ton of dog waste. Residents are instructed to clean up after their pets, but obviously this didn't happen. So I don't recommend this complex to families with small children. I found the visitor parking to be a huge hassle (certain hours guests had to park outside the gates). If you lived toward the back as we did, it is extremely inconvenient. Also, while we never heard vocal noise from neighbors, the floors had to have been very thin. Our upstairs neighbors (a young married couple) always sounded like they were stomping or running around which was very annoying. On the upside, the complimentary trash pickup days was a very nice service. We were very ready to leave, but overall, I'd still recommend the complex... just not to families.

I agree with comments about the lack of a place for children to play (although I live alone) and especially visitor parking. I live toward the back also and watch the clock when a friend is over so I can tell them to move their car before 7:00 p.m. but I've never had a problem parking directly in front of my apt.

Never had a problem with pet noises or smells and the complex is very quiet. I hear noises from other apts. occasionally but not often enough to annoy me.

I'm a previous home owner, so expected some noise now and then. Neighbors and staff are great! You pay more but they offer alot and I take advantage of brunch, happy hour, fitness room, etc. It's more than I need but so is cable-meaning I don't need everything I'm paying for but it's a great complex.
