Lived at Deerfield for 18 months now,
Great Experience,
Staff has always taken care of anything I needed, including addressing noisy neighbors,
They enforce the rules, and I appreciate that.
Great Floorplans, Open, Wine Rack, Shelves,
Garages, Etc.
They door their best to keep strangers out of the gym, but can't police it all the time.
I just don't let people in if they don't have their electronic entry thingy,
The only thing I don't like is when people bring their noisy ass kids into the gym.
And, People don't drive nice in the complex, they are always speeding and won't ever let you go in front, or pull out.
Trash pickup is a Bonus too. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
