Very nice community, grounds are well kept and maintenance is usually same day on any problems , at very latest the very next day, And they do actually fix the problem, not just some idiot that doesn't know anything coming into your apartment, the maintenance supervisor, shane, always completes the work orders himself and is very pleasant,-more than I can say for other apartments I've lived in.parking is ok for residents but not for overnight guests. some residents don't pickup after their dogs, but I've seen the grounds keeper making up for that (come on people if you want a dog at least have the common curtosy to pick up after it), they sweep the area a few times a week and always picking up the trash quickly. Office staff has improved drastically and is always nice and helpful. The adminites are great and the pool is always clear and clean. The apartment are beautiful and spacious, the only problem with them is the thin walls or very noisy neighbors if you happen to get one, but most of the time it is quiet so maybe it's just the neighbor wanting to get crazy sometimes, happens everywhere so I'm not complaining, better here than everywhere else. I haven't had any bug problems like others have complained about and only one car has been broken into that I know of. Overall this place is great and I'm not moving anytime soon. Oh and the resident functions are great the have happy hour, and brunch, and pool parties all the time free for resident food and beer. They even had a crawfish boil this year! thanks
