One day I stopped one of the maintanence guys and asked them to give me a filter for my air condition. At first I didn't think he would, well I was suprised. First, he asked me what size I had, well I wasn't sure so he went and brought me 1 of each kind so that I would fit the correct one. And he came up to my apartment to deliver it to me.

This is great service. I really enjoy the team they have hear.

For those, who are not happy, remember with such a large complex, it isn't easy to get to all the troubles at once. Everybody who lives in this complex has different habits and can cause more damage than others. These things take time to fix. And with the team that this complex has, I feel assured that I am in good hands.

Towing is part of any complex. Deerfield's policy is about the same or better than other complex.
