We moved in over a month ago and couldn't be happier. The office staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Lots of fun things to do at complex and in area. Also great shopping, food and located close to all.

I agree-just follow the visitor parking rules! A friend of mine got towed, I followed her outside the gate so she wouldn't get towed and she unknowingly parked in a handicapped space (hard to see at night). She went on and on about Deerfield-HELLO-you parked in a handicapped spot-chalk it up to a mistake! I offered to pay for half of the towing fee to shut her up.

Deerfield has a contract with a towing company and I've seen the tow truck cruising the parking lot several times since I moved here in Sept. Visitor parking is my greatest concern here, other than that I love it and have had no problems. The social functions are great, I wish more residents would attend! The location is good (not too far in or out, it's always quiet and I always park right in front of my apt. I also like that the parking spaces aren't too small to open your door without hitting the next car!
