I moved here after I sold my home in Sept 2006 and don't mind apt. living so far. The staff and neighbors are great-just remember the parking rules!

I sometimes hear my upstairs neighbor, but not enough to complain. It's very quiet and I always park right in front of my apt. The complex offers more than I need but I feel more than safe and enjoy the activities at the clubhouse. I've also taken advantage of the work-out room and a few exercise classes.

The utilities are low, the appliances work well and I haven't had a bug. I'm concerned about the rent increase when my lease is up, we'll see. So far I love it!
