Not sure why such negativity, but seems like it is just a personal experience. No matter where any one lives there will be someone that is not happy there. This happens everywhere! It's usually due to dumb luck. Just like when you go to a restuarant and you have a waiter who makes a mistake and by chance the food also comes out a tad different than usuaul. Well now your experience of that place is bad or horrible and you wouldn't recommend it or ever go back. Were as 90% or more of the customers at said restuarant can all have a good experience and are happy and enjoyed their meals. Does that mean that the restuarant should be shut down or no one should ever eat there due to 1 persons experience' It does not mean that the complex(Deerfield or where ever you could live)is "out to get you" personally. You must remember that almost any one will take the time out to complain but hardly ever will they take the time to compliment! I love it here and so do my neighbors.

It might be just mere "dumb luck", when MOST residents are having similar problems, that's just not a coincidence, it's a problem. Its only "LUCK" that you've been treated well, and you better hope it stays that way for you. Good LUCK to you, you'll need it.
