Everything seemed nice and dandy at first, but the longer we lived there the worse it got. We moved out two months ago and we are still fighting with them. We turned in our keys before we left and of course they didn't give us any kind of reciept and, yep, they lost them. Now they want to charge us $140, because they lost the keys. When we lived there our water bill became more and more outragous everymonth. In the 6month period we paid about $1,000 for water. They said they would look at it and take care of it, but then at the end of it they only reimursed us $150, when it should have been at LEAST $500. On all of our issues they took no accountibility and only blamed us. We have tried to discuss our water bill and keys with them many, many, many times,but Kim has refused to take our calls, the other office staff of course can't help us, and she absolutly never has returned our calls (we no longer live in Texas). I am shocked personaly. It surprises me that they are so rude. I don't like causing problems, I don't like complaining! I really don't, but this has been rediculous! Please I beg anyone, don't live there, for your own sakes!

I am really sorry you feel this way and for the misunderstanding of what the pet deposits and fees are used for. It is very common for people to misunderstand how it works with pets and carpet replacement. My phone calls are always returned and the customer service is awesome here but not everyone will be pleased all the time. It seems most of the time when things do not go well people are always on here complaining. I just want to say thank you to the office staff, the maintenance staff and whoever helps keep it running smooth out here. I love it here. I love the activities and it really does feel like home. And no, I may not always find a parking spot in front of my apartment, but I would MUCH rather live here than where I have lived in the past. I am thankful for all the staff does and how beautiful they keep it. I hope the others' opinion don't sway you too much because keep in mind they are typically angry because something did not go THEIR way. Sometimes life is just unfair and we don't always get what we think we should. So, really consider living here if you are reading this. It's beautiful. The office staff is nice and my neighbors are nice. That says a lot! Hope my little opinion helps!

Well, I'm kind of split down the middle about this. While some staff members are "friendly", most of them are not. I live here right now, and never cause any problems, and the apartments look pretty nice, but I seriously think that there are better apartments out there. The apartment wasn't that clean when I first got it and the walls are WAY TOO thin!! I a can hear everything! I seriously regret living here, I took a chance even though this place gets way too many bad reviews, I'd figured "what the heck, these people are angry cause they are in bad situations", but in reality, it's true what they say. Like I said, I haven't had any problems yet, but the staff and service does suck. I have a couple more months and I am out of here. I rather go somewhere where they really appreciate my business. People, don't take the chance I did, just listen to the reviews, they are pretty bad.

The negative review is pretty much right on. I would say the staff don't really care about the residents, its all about business and money making. I'm sure the positive reviews are from the staff.

hell yea the staff dont give a ---- and when something goes wrong all they do is dame you when in reality the reason things went wrong was because they dont know how to communicate with the people they work with..and happy hour and ---- **** that who cares about happy hour apparently the drunks do but normal people are at work between those times we dont have time to party like young kids..**** that place peace!!!
