I lived at Deerfield for a short while and am really surprised to see so many negative reviews about the place, because I had such a great experience. The ammenties are awesome and they have the best gym i've ever had at an apt complex. We spent many relaxing days by the pool grilling out on the propane grill that was part of their outdoor kitchen. We had everything we needed, sink, range, refridgerator, all right there for us. My kids loved the indoor basketball court and the movie room. We saved alot of money with the free fitness classes and the movie library, not to mention all the food that was provided at happy hours and brunches, monday night football and movie nights. They loved to feed us :) Parking was regulated but there were plenty of parking spots for my friends in visitor parking. You can't have your cake and eat it too. If they just let anyone park anywhere any hour they would definitely have a parking problem. I think their regulating was for the best intrest of us, the residents. Other than that, the staff was great, and friendly and always seemed to enjoy being there. We wouldn't have left if we hadn't bought a house. If you're looking for a great apartment complex definitely check out Deerfield. Don't believe the hype and remember people who had a bad experience are more likely to voice it than those who had a positive experience. None of my old neighbors had issues and we all really enjoyed our time there. Two thumbs up for Deerfield..we miss yall!
