Get rid of the Money Hungry Manager Lori! It's not worth it....

I'm an honest hard working person, just trying to make a living for my family and my self. I guess that's why I got sucker'd into placing an application for these apartments. after reading the bad reviews, and doing a little bit of investigating, I decided to go down and talk to the the Manager(I figured it wasn't all that bad). She SEEMED nice and very helpful at first, but she just wants to take your money!!! Her name is Lori V. and she is a money hungry Manager...Lori is very un-organized and not to mention RUDE! She never got in touch with us; the only time she did was to ask for the deposit and app fees. We rushed right over, thinking that we'd be in a unit by the end of the week like she had promised us. When we asked what was taking so long she said Some paper work was missing and we needed to re-due it....This probably happened about 3 more times before we had enough. We went back to ask for our deposit because we were not happy with her management skills (we would have had lots more problems if we had moved in...) and thats when she went from Nice and helpful to mean and rude and very deceitful. Something about 7 days and then we lose our deposit. Lori cussed at us, and put us down...even in front her staff member-very un-professional! We even got another party to call and ask for a copy of our paper work and the papers Lori says we signed stating that we would just give her our deposit, and she yelled at us and hung up on us. Dont let her fool you, we never got our deposit back but we are fighting it, we are taking it to the Tenant's council and The Better business bureau. Dont make the same mistake we did....With gas prices rising, you know every penny, quarter, dollar bill counts...Dont be a sucker! If you want a Nice, cheap and humble place to live for you and yours, try Rosemont at Oak Valley, just down the street! It's nice, family oriented and cheap and they actually know what their doing! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
