great location

Duval Villa has a few things going for it. Its in an awsome location and the office people are nice, the maintenance staff fixes everything A.S.A.P. and if they can't fix it, they just replace it. The apartments are huge and well kept. The courtyards are prety, but can get loud on weekends and school breaks. The utility bills don't run over $100 if you are conservative (i.e. not having a dumb roommie who turns it down to 70 and leaves for days. If I had tons of cash I'd still be living here, but really the rent is so high, but in this neighborhood, I guess that's just the way it is.
