You may read some reviews and believe that they are over exaggerating, but this place is absolutely horrible. When we first looked at the place the carpet was badly stained in every room, but the rest of the apartment was nice and they said they would fix the carpet. We had to move in a rush and they said it wasn t a problem and they would take care of it. Well, it never was taken care of and we still can t have guests over because big pink stains all over the house are a little embarrassing. When I did go to talk to them about the carpet, the lady in the office told me it would have to be replaced (duh!) and they wouldn t replace the carpet till we moved out.
The staff is rude and unprofessional. No one ever picks up the phone in the office, and you can leave a message, but they won t call you back. When you have a maintenance issue, they tell you that they re understaffed so it may take a while, which is a major understatement. My toilets have not stopped running for over a month and I can t wait to see my water bill. There are unsupervised kids running around everywhere! I ve even encountered teenagers having sex in the pool when I took my two year old daughter to the playground. There are HUGE potholes everywhere. And if that isn t enough- there was just a murder up the street.

It s a great price, but it s not worth the headache! I wouldn t re-lease even if they paid me to!!
