This place is so messed up. It looks nice on the out side but the place is built very cheap. Their are all kinds of bugs in the apartments. Scorpions,fire ants and black biting jumping spiders. when its hot out they'll be in your apartment. that's about 8 months out the year. The management is even worst then the bugs, they are a very unprofessional ghetto staff. They accept section 8 but treat you like your not human because of it. they have no considerations for anything old , kids nothing. they steal everyone deposit and ect.. They'll just come up with a reason why you can't have your deposit back. The management changes over their so much you never know who's running it. The worst thing about it is that THE MANAGEMENT LIED TO MY NEW LANDLORD AND I LOST MY APT. BECAUSE OF IT. WHEN I CALLED HER TO ASK HER WHY SHE DID THAT SHE LIED TO ME. AND HUNG UP. she was not their when I moved in so she was new management I have never met her before this. THIS WAS ARE FIRST MEETING. Like I said This apartments sucks and its gonna be the HOOD in a minute ANYWAY. oh oh hold on I forgot to say that they only have one trash container their ,so it'll be trash every where then they'll send you a letter saying their going to go threw the trash and if you name or paper work is in the trash their going to fine you and the city is going to fine you. but the apartment is completely open to the wilderness (lol)no fence. so there's stray dogs in their ripping open trash everyday. They also have no laundry facilty.the closest laundry mat is 2 miles away and they want 2$ for a small wash. Don't blieve the hype about their break out center. They should be ashamed to tell people that they watch kids when they come home from school. those kids be all out in the street, little kids too .I have kids of my own so to me thats messed up that they advertise that. Keep in mind that the speed limit out side the apartment is 55, 60mph. So everyone take care and find another place to stay PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!!!!! Here some pics of the bugs too. peace
