This apartment doesn't have reliable hot water. Taking a shower in the winter month is a pure gamble. I have complainted numberous times and the management said that they are not going to fix it because it is too expensive.

The apartment managers have changed 4 times in 6 months. Basically, there is no service at all.

There are not enough parking space and my car was towed twice for no reason. Though I was able to get my money back, the aggrevation is just too much.

For students, there is no school bus that will take you from this apartment to school. There is a city bus stop near by and the manager here deceived me and told me that it was for the school bus.

Also, my apartment was advertise to be 680 sq. ft. But when I measure it myself, it was not even close to be 600.
