Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Plumbing is horrible.

Toilet does not flush. Have asked for a plumber to come out for 6 months.

Management is not reliable.

Hot water is a joke.

Apartments on the lower level have flooded.

Rat problems.

Fly problems.

I could go on and on....

Do not move here!
