I have lived here for 8 months and under the new management, I think it has been great. It is not perfect, there are problems with the hot water, but the manager (jason) is very willing to help me out. Flies were an issue for a total of one week since I have lived here. As of yet, I have not seen a rat. The convenience to either downtown or UT is unbeatable and there are several up and coming restaurants around. Overall, it is not a luxury apartment, but a great place to live on a budget and in a funky neighborhood.
Also, I have nothing to gain from this review. I will probably move when I have more money, as the rooms are pretty small, but for the amount of furniture I have, this is a great fit. I would not recommend anything larger than a queen size bed and a dresser in the bedrooms. I also would only have a kitchenette, not full dining table. Also, there is an added bonus of the built in bookshelves. Again, it is a funky place that is great for people with not a lot of furniture and looking for something low maintanence.

Jason is shady. He tells you one thing and does another. Have caught him in several lies. Don't lease here!

Also Agree. Jason has lied to me from day 1. He has yet to make good on one of his promises. Nothing gets done. We need a new manager.

after jason was michelle, then after michelle was gloria, then after gloria was/is chelsea. they are all liars, each bigger than the last. i do not blame them as people, but as 'managers', they are all worthless and powerless pawns of their california-based management company
