This is the worst place as far as management goes. The guys in California COULD CARE LESS. I've seen several managers come and go and each one of them is over worked and UNDER paid. I witnessed Jason (one of the MANY Managers) cleaning the units and going nuts trying to figure out how to run the office since apparently the previous guy stole money from the complex and Jason wasnt' trained properly. He made a lot of promises to do things around the property but it never hapened. He said the owners wouldn't spend any money. The pool was always green and they have one maintenenace guy that had to do maintenance, mow the grass, clean the units, clean the pool...they acted like he was super man or something. Then the last manager name Michelle even cleaned the laundry room and I saw her on a Saturday one time using the wet vac as the laundry room had flooded. She had NO help and I've seen her clean some of the units as well.I've never lived in an apt complex where the managers have NO help and are stressed out most of the time. They only have ONE maintenance guy and when I first moved here he was the one that cleaned my apt. WOW...a man cleaning an apartment''' It was the worst job I've ever seen in my life.He didn't have a clue about cleaning. I used to recommend fellow students from UT to come here and live but i dont' anymore. It's not safe and the OWNERS dont' care about the tenants that pay rent. They keep changing the property manager and I've decided I will not be signing another lease at this place. TOOOO much of a hassel. One manager says one thing then before you know it a new one comes and they don't have a clue what was being done so you spend more time explaining to them then the law should allow. Let's not even talk about parking. you HAVE to pay for parking in the gated area or have your car broken into in a regular basis in the back of the property where ther are no lights and it's scarry....Please DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
