No pest control issues for me or neighbors.........staff always nice, manager goes out of her way & leaves packages in my apt. for me cause of my schedule. Things break as is life but they're always fixed immediatly........POOL IS GREAT!!!!!! I walk to all the restaurants & coffee shops around here..........yeah the Roscoe property next door looks good BUT IT COSTS ALMOST $800 FOR A 1BD. ..I'll stay in my cute comfy 1bd for $650 w/pool-Thanks............... and I love that parking is for residents only now-cause I always get a spot!

Yeah right, anyone considering this place should look through the other reviews which are a far for more accurate depiction of what life is like for the majority of the tenants, past and present, of East Side Commons. Hope this user is getting some sort of kickback for her rose-colored testimony.

FYI, Roscoe Properties one bedrooms range in price from $595 - $795....none are $800

You accused me of taking a kickback when all I did was write a review of how the place has improved now that we have a manager that actually shows up to work and our pool doesn't look like Jello and I haven't seen anyone pouring bleach in it.......I've lived here for a long time and my shower wasn't fixed for almost 6m b4 she got here..so so sorry I wrote something nice about a positive experience I had at an apt complex I had so many previous problems with. So your the manager of Roscoe properties writing residents hate email that say something nice about eastside commons??Did you write all these negative reviews about the place or just the ones where you said "is she dead??? Why are you even on their review???????? Is that your job??? Kinda sick & twisted-this is an actual rating site for people that have lived here. I'm forwarding this to your company and apt ratings.com.....Please stop emailing me, I'm sorry I like where I live. This is harassment-stop emailing me....

I didn't accuse you of anything. There are several people writing responses to this thread and I am just one, responding to an inaccurate statement. I am very glad you are happy in your apartment, I think Manor Road is a cool area and am thrilled that it is working out for you. Again...I only wrote ONE response...not any of the previous. I am not the manager of Roscoe, but I do work there. You are correct in that this is not the place for this conversation...I wish you well and again, am glad you love where you live....that is really the important thing.

I don't believe this review was written by someone who actually lives here. For one thing, there are still more resident vehicles than there are available spaces in the ungated lots, so this is just a lie. If the author had lived here six months before ------- took charge, she would have surely remembered how the pool became a mosquito breeding ground when the pool pump broke in the summer of '08. ------- has never held a package for me, and I routinely receive deliveries here when I am away. In the past month, a delivery was stolen from my stoop. This is almost certainly written by management.
