Living at Eastside I have not had any bad experiences. The place is close to everything I like to do and the rent is affordable. The Pool is great!

This is nonsense. The pool was green on Sunday, and closed on Monday and Tuesday. I strongly suspect this review was written by management. Did you live here this week?

if this is a 'real' review, then obviously you have only recently moved in... the pool is nice to look at, but have you swam in it? i dare you! but more likely, this is a load of horse**** and this person is probably getting some kind of kickback. don't live at eastside commons. the place is a rat hole. and ------- is still a lying sack.

This post is laughable. The pool was green this week but I saw the new maintenance guy out there cleaning it. I've had rats/mice coming into my apartment for over a year now off and on. There was a smell in my apartment, I went to the guy who took -------'s place and that day they removed a sticky trap that had been put down by pest control that I had no idea about. I was in my kitchen talking on my phone with a friend yesterday talking about the rats and heard noises coming behind the fridge. Yep, another one! To be fair, I went downstairs and a NEW female manager said they'd take care of it immediately, and when I got home pest control had written me a note that they had removed a trap and placed 2 more behind the fridge and stove. The thing is, they can keep putting down traps but that's not going to ever solve the problem of probably hundreds of rats living in the walls of this place. I, too, love the location, but I'm moving next month, because I don't want to live with this problem anymore. I would HATE to work here - when I moved in -------- was the manager and how many have we had since?
