Eden Roc has a cozy courtyard, friendly neighbors, and decent interiors.

The best part is the prices are the best I know of in Clarksville.

The outside of the building is horribly ugly though, and hopefully something will be done (lattice-word with vines' are you reading this alori) to make it more attractive.
