Great place to live

Good points: The neighborhood is fantastic! The apartments are smallish, but well-kept. Wooden floors in all but the bedrooms are nice and easy to clean. The building is surrounded by greenery and the courtyard is very nice. Residents often sit out by the pool or under the trees. Instead of AC, there is a central chiller, which saves loads on electricity in the summer. The management has changed in the last year, but the new maintenance guys are just as prompt and friendly as the old ones.
Bad Points: Bugs, particularly small spiders are a common find (all that greenery). The chiller doesn't dehumidify like a normal AC, so mold is more common than I'm used to, espescially in the bathroom. The kitchen is tiny, though there's lots of storage for such a small space.
