I did have a mold problem, but they resolved it. It was, however, a real nightmare. Drug on and on.

Have had a real problem with maintanence. I have to ask for everything 2-3 times before it finally gets fixed.

I did have something stolen, but not by regular staff. It was stolen by the crew that came in to fix the mold problem. In response the staff did give me a gift certificate to Randall's which they did not have to do.

Parking is terrible and it's hard to find a place close to your door. Also, the quality of the renters has gone down in the 5 years I have been here a gerat deal.

Also, I agree that the electric bills are exceptionally high. As are the water bills.
