EDGECREEK IS FULL OF ---- IT CLAIMS GOOD THINGS FOR TENANTS AND ONCE IN THEY TREAT YOU LIKE ----. DOGS RUN RAMPANT AND DEFECATE EVERYWHERE. MOLD IS GROWING EVERYWHERE IN CLOSETS NEAR WINDOWS. THE RENOVATION DONE WAS JUST A COVER UP WITH THE CHEAPEST CABINETRY SEEN EVER.MAINTENANCE PEOPLE ARE ALL DRUNKS. PROSTITUTES RESIDE AND WORK THERE ---- THERE AND MANAGEMENT ARE AWARE OF THIS AND ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS RENT RENT AND RENT.DONT RENT HERE THERE ARE BETTER APARTMENTS IN AUSTIN WITH MUCH FRIENDLIER AND HONEST MANAGEMENT. THE POOL IS ALWAYS DIRTY. VANDALISM RUNS RAMPANT.GARBAGE IS ALWAYS STACKED TO THE HILT AND MANY PESTS EXIST.IF YOU ARE ONE DAY LATE ON RENT YOU JUST RACKED UP ABOUT 200 DOLLARS MORE ON RENT FOR THE MONTH IN ADDITION TO MANAGERIAL HARASSMENT.

You obviously didn't pay your rent and are mad at the management for your own mistake.

i wish the guy who stole the golf cart would of run over the maintenance people. and it really doesnt matter if you pay your rent or not, i know by experience that the staff are all just idiots.
