I lived in Edgecreek for almost 3 years. The location and the greenbelt were great, and even the pool was nice. But, the utility bills were outrageous becuause the air systems were 20 years old. We made several calls to the management about the inferior AC equipment, yet no solution was ever found. The maintenance guy told us the AC was only equiped to handle a very small apartment. We suffered through heat and high utility bills and they didn't care. Come to find out, a squirrell had chewed holes in our duct work and we were air conditioning the attic for 18 months. There was no retribution by the management. To top it off, a big rainstorm hit and flooded the apartment, ruining the ceiling and carpet, and we had to endure this till our lease was up. It was not fixed because they knew we were planning on moving out. A little tip, don't let maintenance in your apartment, they are known to take things (My roommate was on painkillers for a surgery, the maintenance stole the pills...the management did nothing about it, and told us just to call the police, the funny thing was they had several of the same problems). If you like living next to people who have 3 families living in one apartment, high utility bills, no managerial support, an old overpriced apartment...then edgecreek is for you.
