I lived in a two bedroom with my mom for a year, then moved into my own one bedroom on the property. My apt was way nicer because they had redone the cabinets and updated the appliances. But both were nice. We had the usual problems with apt living but the office staff were generaly nice and the maintenance guys got the job done, normally quickly. I had some issues with crime, one night me and all of my nieghbors car's got broken into and our stereo's stolen. But I was never afraid to walk outside in the middle of the night. Most of my neighbors were really nice and the only time I had loud people move in above me, the office sent lease violations until the noise stopped. I did have to break my lease on one of my renewals and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg, I just had to pay back the month I got free for renewing ($500)and the reletting fee($350). All in all it wasn't a bad place to call home, not for the price.
