My experience here was average until 6 months into my lease when employees were moved around. The new manager is a total "witch" (quoted from employees under her) and has done nothing but harass, scare, and discriminate against me. I've paid every month of rent on time and have only asked for maintanance on safety/health problems which were only fixed promptly by outside companies. I've paid for four months of electricity bills that were each above $250 (I can only explain from poor weatherproofing and 20 year old AC units). New manager has decided that my two caged pets, which I asked if pet deposits were needed for and old manager said no, fall under their pet policy of only two animals (which is not in the lease and is never signed to adhere by) and is threatening to evict me because I have two cats which are on the lease and have deposits for. Unless you are white, at least college senior age, and are part of the "in-crowd", management will drive you insane and do anything to get you evicted. If you have to settle for this hole of sub-existance, do not get longer than a 6 month lease so you do find yourself stuck and afraid in your apartment half way through the lease considering suicide as a better alternative to your current living conditions.
