When I moved in (Aug, 2005) and for about the next 10-11 months, living here was great. The management was super friendly, very accommodating, the landscape was decent, and the trail was awesome. Well, the trail is still great, but the new management stinks. They raised my rent $60; cut down several trees, making the landscape worse; and they are just not resident friendly at all. When I had a dishwasher leaking in my kitchen, it took a week to look into it. Oh, and then to add insult to injury, I got a moldy board under the sink (because they didn't fix the dishwasher lead in a timely manner). Wanna guess the time it took to get the mold out' A Whole Month! Talk about prompt repair work. I had to ride their tail to get it fixed.

They are more concerned about saving money than about taking care of the residents. Instead of having real management in the offices on the weekend, they often have just temporary help that can't answer my questions. For those of us who work during the week, this is quite a pain. And they cut back on their weekend hours and are no longer open Sunday afternoons. They just care about their renovations for their new condos so they can spike our rent. I will be moving out when my next lease is up.
