I've lived here for 2 years in 3 apartments, I've liked it and enjoyed my time here. But in the past 3 months, the staff has totally lost any sense of caring. The maintenance staff is hopeless, and took 3 days to fix my AC and 4 days to fix a neighbor's. The management company changed and things have been getting worse. Grounds are not watered and when someone hit a tree and it fell over, the staff let it sit in the parking lot all day till residents moved it out of the way that night. When an AC is repaired, the old one sits in the grass for 3 weeks...(still there) and no one cares to move it. There are 5 other complexes within 2 blocks who care more about their property than these people!

you are correct, the old managment used to leave a/c's laying around. At one time there were 2 outside my apartment. the junk cars in the parking lot really got me though. I am glad to say, since the new management took over in July, the a/c's and junk cars are gone. My a/c broke yesterday and was fixed the same day. the new maintenance guys are great!
