I have never lived in a place so run down. The dryers don't work, no a/c in the laundry area, people steal your clothes, the fitness center equipment is broken and they say they won't fix it, the pool is really gross, some apartment floors have holes and cabinets are falling off the walls, the ceiling are so thin you hear the person above you walking, some nights you'll hear people yelling at each other, the police are here a lot. Peolpe put their trash on the driveway instead of the dumpster. The owner doesn't care about anything. The new manager is worse then the old one. She'll tell you she doesn??t care.
