The upkeep here is terrible. The pool was green for 2 weeks recently. The new mgnt staff is rude and unresponsive. There is a lot of trash scattered throughout the property. The place also has an unfsafe feel especially at night. Lots of people outside drinking, making noise, etc.

I think you should drive through the property and see for yourself this reviewer is not truthful. I live here and there is never trash on the property, the pool is blue, my kids swim in it ievery day and we feel very safe. Very nice quiet place to live

I agree with the responder. When the old management was here, there was trash everywhere. Old a/c's just left outside in the grass, junk cars, the dumpster over flowing, etc. But now it is clean, I noticed the dumpsters are dumped every day instead of once a week like before. I have seen a huge improvement. I was going to move out, but now I am staying.
