We moved into a one-bedroom in Sept. of 2005 and originally were pleased with the staff and the price, although the appliances are ancient and the building itself is in poor condition. The new management is awful thus far--the pool was out of order for more than a week, they allowed the apartment across from us to have garbage outside its door for more than a month in Texas heat despite us informing management about it repeatedly, and they did not give us renewal letters to let us know what our new rent would be until 3 weeks before our lease ended. Needless to say, we are leaving the complex. Shame, because it used to be a bargain when the management was friendly and cared about its customers.

gosh! where do you live? I saw management knock on my neighbors door and tell them to quit putting thier trash outside. then the neighbor put it in front of my door. Was that you? don't be so lazy. put your trash in the dumpster. Sure glad you are moving!! The apartments are cleaner now than they have been in 2 years.

TylerrAre you calling me a liar? I did see the manager knock on my neighbors door and tell them to pick up the trash bags outside thier door. So if someone has a different opinion than yours, you say it must be the management? Maybe you are just some slob getting evicted or putting trash outside. The managers did post letters a couple of days ago as well. Good for them! Get a life Tylerr

Liveitloveit. You keep posting wonderful nonsense. Are you sure you aren't the management? They posted letters, they didn't knock. And people still put trash on their cars and drive it to the dumpster as it falls off.
