I moved here in December of last year and was going to move as soon as my lease was over but then the new management started and now I plan to renew. The management now makes sure the parking lots are clean. Everything looks great now where it was trashy before. I had a problem that I talked to the manager about and she was very helpful and seemed to care and want to help me. I can't wait until the buildings are finished being painted, it looks good so far. Much improved. the maintenance man showed me an apartment he was working in that had the new wood floors and appliance. WOW! I love my apartment now, but that was awsome. I don't know what the rent is going to be in the new apartments, but I would pay more for one. the fountain wasn't working in the pool for a few days, but it is fixed now. I swim almost every day. I'm thinking about asking to move to one of the apartments facing the creek so I have the view.
