they boast about their 7 mile hiking trail, when it is really a 5 minute walk on cracked ancient sidewalk. the new management is terrible, they're putting all new floor and appliances in all the apartments except the ones being occupied...leaving the rest of us with extremely old temperamental appliances. the staff are lazy incompetent retards, the parking is terrible, I caught a man stealing my underwear in the laundry room, and when the staff wouldnt do anything someone printed out a sign that said "beware someone is stealing womens underwear". they also refused to move a TREE out of the parking lot, so some residents moved it. this place used to be inexpensive and cozy- now its turning into an expensive hell. dont move here. they also cut down a ton of beautiful trees, and dont tend to the pool at all.

Hmmm. you are back posting AGAIN. Funny, I watched the maintenance man move the tree limb and it was after the office closed. He even had his kids with him. Sure didn't sure didn't see you move anything. the pool is clean, my kids swim in it every day. If you walk the entire Walnut Creek hiking trail, it is at least 7 miles. Guess you haven't attempted that either. I am pretty sure that trail is maintained by the city, not the apartments. Complain to them. Any moron knows you don't leave your clothing in a laudry room.. anywhere. You are another person who refuses to be responsible for himself and his own actions. There is a ton of parking. I asked the manager about the trees you are complaining about. The LCRA trimmed them because they were touching the power lines. I suppose you would rather we were all without electricity? Have you asked the new management to transfer to a new apartment with the wood floors? Obviously not. I did and am moving into one at the end of the month. Yes, the rent is a bit higher, but then, you get what you pay for and is worth it. I hope they jack up the rates so riffraff like you has to move. |

enough already! you keep complaining about that tree limb. that was 2 months ago and we all know the maintenance man moved it within an hour. he drug it out of the way with his yellow truck and a chain. weren't you the one sitting on the curb watching him?
