I don't know where some of these reveiwers lived or what they think is good but it's not here. I don't think they have a grounds keeper, there is trash (cans, paper, even a jar of jelly someone broke) on the grass, sidewalks and in the basketball area. The trash cans by the pool are always over flowing and they don't empty them for weeks. The dumpsters get so full people throw their trash bags and garbage on the ground in front of them, some days are really gross. Kids ride bikes and skate board darting in front of cars, the office says they can't do anything. The police are here a lot, several weeknights people who lived here were out by the tennis court area after midnight drunk and yelling and crying. The rent is going up and they now want to sell them as condos but the price is crazy for this area. Just today I was talking to someone that has mold in her apartment, others have told me they have holes in their floors. Maintance doesn't have time to fix it. The pool is fixed for now but before it had thick green water, the office said it was fine, finally after a week they closed it and it was closed for 3 weeks. It now blue water but still doesn't look right and the hot tub now has brown water. Most of the equipment in the fitness center is broken. They are repainting the outside but not fixing the wood so it doesn't look any better, just a different color. We were told to take everything off our balconies so they could paint them, that was over a month ago and they still haven't finished our balconies, again the office doesn't care. Oh, and the walls and ceilings are so thin I hear every time my neighbor walk and if my upstairs neighbor takes a shower or runs the dishwasher I have to turn my tv up to hear it.

you are crazy! I worked out in the fitness center this morning and everything works fine. They did have a problem with the pool last month, but I saw a pool company came several times and fixed it. You are actually going to complain because they are painting?! Whatever. What's wrong, did the management ask you to pay your rent on time or something? Are you getting evicted? I have a lot of friends here and have never seen holes in the floors. Since they are concrete under the carpet, that would be pretty impossible wouldn't it? Do you actually go to the pool or fitness room? I do and you are wrong. The parking lots are cleaner than they have ever been and since I live with a dumpster view, I know they are dumped every day. Yes, lazy people who live here do sometimes put thier trash outside the dumpster, but it isn't because they are full. The groundskeeper cleans up after people here all day long. By the way, I live near the tennis court. Funny, I have never heard drunk people out there crying or yelling. did you call the police? The management have been very caring every time I ask for help with anything. Perhaps you are "trashing" and should move instead of trashing our home!

you do reslize the dumpsters are emptyied by a commercial trash removal company every single day don't you? I too live within sight and hearing distance to the dumpsters. I wsaw the groundskeeper sweep around the dumsters the other day. the area is super clean. I admit, they weren't when the old managers were here, but now they are spotless. I too use the fitness center. All the machines work fine. don't know about anyone crying or being noisy at the tennis courts. I overlook them and haven't heard any thing. I happen to like the new management.

that is interesting. the property is spotless and I see the new wood where the painters are replacing the bad wood. The paint looks so much better. the old beige paint was boring. I drive out by the dumpsters daily and they are so clean!

I agree. The new satff here is poor and rude. My GF locked her keys in the car along with her ID. I keep a spare set in my apt and they wouldn't let her in even though she is the primary lease holder. They told her she had to have an ID with her. When I was finally able to get a ride from work to help I asked if they would like to copy our IDs so it wouldn't happen again and the lady very rudely said NO! and that it was my tough luck. As for the mess there were beer caps and chicken bones near the basketball courts. The ground keeper cleaned it up but this place is just so ghetto I can't wait to escape. Yay, wood floors... Yeah that'll help the poor quality of living. Be still my beating heart.
