I don't live at Edge Creek, yet. I will be soon though. I read all of these reviews and had mixed feelings based on some of the negative reviews/attitudes. I decided to look and see for myself as the rates are so reasonable for what you get. The grounds are beautiful. flowering trees everywhere, a greenbelt, etc. and the cleanest parking lot and grass areas of any of the apartment complexes I have visited. I visited Edge Creek 3 times, then even brought a friend for the 4th visit. Each time I could find nothing wrong, the office staff were consistantly friendly and accomodating. I never felt as though they thought I was bothering them any of the times I asked to see an apartment. I saw several sizes and floorplans. Each time I got to see the actual apartment I could rent. Each time I visted, during the week or on the weekend, the facilities, pool, parking lot, etc were clean and inviting. I will be moving in soon.

That was in 2006, so... how do you feel about it now? I am looking for a nice, peaceful environment to live in. It looks the part, but I still worry about the reviews. It would help to know how you feel about your move now. Thanks!
