I think management wrote some of these reviews. This is NOT a good place. Everyone is moving out, in the last 3 months their has been over 30 families move out and I don't think anyone has moved in. There is trash on the sidewalk, tennis courts and basketball area. All the fitness center equipment is OLD and Broken, some you really shouldn't use because you could hurt yourself. Kids ride their bikes and skateboards on the parking lot and sidewalks day and night, running into people and darting out in front of cars, at night it is hard to see them and several times they have almost been hit. When you tell management they say they can't stop them. People are LOUD late at night near the basketball area, I live on the second flour and can hear the people above, below, and next to me. I have to turn my tv or stereo up if any of them runs their dishwaher or takes a shower. I feel like I live in a CHEAP MOTEL, you can hear everything thru the walls. Management is NOT friendly, they are RUDE and don't care about their tennants. The apartments they are selling are NOT worth the money, anyone who buys one will NEVER get a good return on their investment. They are trying to make them look good, but from what I've seen, they will fall apart after a couple of years and I doubt you'd ever be able to resale them to someone else.

I too live on the 2nd floor and never hear a thing. It is clean and the managers are friendly. I use the fitness center and have only once noticed anything broken but it was fixed right away. If I could afford to buy a condo here I would! Yes, my son and his friend rides thier skateboards on the parking lot, but they know to watch for cars since you are probably the mean lady who zoomed right at my son on purpose then swerved away at the last minute. Best hope I don't catch you! I did tell the nice manager about you but she said unless I knew which your apartment was, she didn't know who to give a notice to. I understand that and once I figure it out, I will just contact the police about you instead. thanks, now I said my peace.
