I don't usually post my thoughts on these web sites, but I feel I have to when I read lies and gross exaggerations. I live very close to the apartment where the gentleman died. They did put a board on the front door on the Saturday of the occurance. The board was removed on Monday when the cops gave the ok. I know when the cops let them take the board off because I visited with Shiela, the manager, to discuss when the apartment would be rented again. the police had just called and the board was off before I walked back to my apartment. the door was boarded up for only two days. I met the guys family when they went to the apartment. He father creid as he told me how kind the manager was being to him. I've been living here for almost six months, and I've absolutely loved it here. The staff are all very friendly and willing to help. They're willing to accept packages (several of the other places I've lived weren't), and are always friendly whenever I stop in. The maintenance staff is great, too. The few times I've had a problem they've gotten over here either later that day or the next (depending on what time it was when I remembered to call) and it's been taken care of. I have no qualms about them having access to my apartment while I'm at work--they're friendly and outgoing and went out of their way to make sure that everything was fixed when I moved in. I highly recommend EdgeCreek.
