These reviews are such a joke! For every bad review, BOOM, three GREAT reviews appear. It's very obvious as to whom is writing these reviews, THE MANAGEMENT. The young girl in the office has the knowledge and personality of a log, and the other manager that was there, WHEW, thank the good lord she's not around as much. MOOD DAMPER and cold! This complex is in a high crime area, and it is this I know, because my car was broken into AND my neighbors apt. was broken into. Call and ask what happened to their golf carts!' Nice try, Edgecreek. When my lease is up, I'M SO OUT OF THERE. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ive lived here fore a year and a half (unfortunately) but we are finally getting the hell out of here! but as for the crime, my boyfriends car was broken into, some guys broke into our neighbors apartment and stole all of there stuff, someone jacked their golf cart and wrecked it into the creek. its basically a living hell not to mention the retarded staff they have at the office. theyve given us 3 notices since we've been here saying we didnt pay rent and utilities when we did. we had to bring our receipts in and show then they were wrong.IF YOU MOVE HERE KEEP A RECORD OF EVERY SINGLE MISHAP, OR PAYMENT

the same thing happend to me. i dropped my rent off and they lost it.lol...then charged me late fees. they have no personality.. we are out here when our lease ends. if u move here good luck!!!!!! and that lady with jaws teeth needs a personality check.. lol. fix ur teeth old hag!!!!
