Maintenence fixes issues quickly - very polite and pleasant. The woman who leased me my apartment was very friendly and professional Plenty of parking The view facing the creek is nice, and there is not a lot of noise coming from the neighbors which is a great improvement over my last place in the complex next door. Layout for 2 bedrooms is nice, appliances are new. The buildings look nice. Love the big trees. The office staff are all very nice aspecially once you get to know them. All in all, a very good place to live. Better than most.

If you don't have noisy neighbors, you lucked out. These apartments are so shabbily built I can hear everything my neighbors are doing and I do mean everything. I'm still waiting for maintenance to fix something, it's been over a month now. And don't even get me started on the cockroaches.
