I've been here over a year now. I don't get involved with management unless it's absolutely necessary. If it's something I can fix myself, I will. Maintenance is nice but it takes them forever to get there because I have to go through the freakin' office to get something done.

Gotta agree with the last posters because when the office lost my rent m.o. (late '06 too), they tried to charge me late fees too. I told them hell-to-the-no I'm not paying because it's not my fault they lost it and I have proof when I paid it. I seriously think that one red-headed lady had something to do with it because every time I went by to ask her about our rent check, she was always at another property.

The grass behind the apartments is never cut. I was scared kids might get bitten by snakes going out there.

They spend more money on changing the landscape in the front instead of taking care of tenents.
