I couldn't wait to be out of this place. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing; a drunk/pothead lived upstairs and was up at all hours of the night; the downstairs neighbors were always fighting and threatening to call the cops. It's like management doesn't even screen them anymore, just lets in all kinds of trash because they want the money. And $975 for one of those 2BR units -- you've got to be kidding me. They're poorly insulated, each time it rains the balcony and everything on it gets soaked and oh yeah, they have roaches too.

Maintenance is poor also. Our balcony railing wasn't secured and when I asked that it be fixed, I was told they'd need to order a part. We moved out three months later and it still wasn't repaired. During the ice storm in January, they threw salt down once and never came back. Neighbors throw their cigarette butts all over the sidewalks and maintenance doesn't pick them up, nor does management do anything about it. I also told them about a light being out on our building about 2 months before we moved out and it was never fixed. They don't provide the doggie bags anymore and people don't pick up after their dogs -- it's disgusting and once again management does nothing. They don't care if kids are in the gym alone, or riding their skateboards on the tennis court, or looking at porn on the office computers. I am SO glad to be out of there!
