This place has deteriorated faster than I've seen any place go. And to be perfectly frank, the place has changed since the new management company, Tybray, has taken over. The staff is completely unprofessional.

For example, assuming that it was a busy day for them, one of the office workers was having to answer the ever-ringing phones. He picked up the phone, and after being asked something along the lines of "how are you," instead of replying with a professional tone, he stated "really, really busy, what's up'" I find that a very unprofessional way to address future tenants. It wasn't one phone call, either, that's how he answered the phone for everyone. And one does not discuss casually the number of people who are late on their rent for the month. Ridiculous.

And I actually asked one of the workers about any renewal process that may need to take place (because I was actually considering staying for the sake of not having to move.) Casually, I refer to my "condo" as an apartment, and instead of the worker just letting me speak and just letting it pass, she felt the need to correct me. "They're condominiums, not apartments." Who cares'

I have witnessed time and time again complete rudeness by the staff to other tenants. Talking down to a tenant who's first language is not English. Being rude and snippy with an unhappy tenant and her acquaintance. I could go on and on. I am well aware of customer service standards myself because that's the field I work within.

Pool was closed by the health department for quite some time.
The gym is disgusting, the equipment is sub par or doesn't work.
The landscaping is hideous on the trail that goes down the middle of the complex, that crosses in front of the tennis court, landscaping is hideous everywhere actually. Most of the bushes seem to have some sort of viral or fungal infection. They're dying, or spotted, or leafless, malformed. It's just ridiculous.
The "business center" has these old Dell Dimension Pentium II PC's that are as slow as mud, and they have been without the internet for days.
The utility rooms are disgusting, the washers don't work or don't drain and the dryers don't dry very well.

I can afford to pay 800 dollars a month for rent but they can't afford to provide decent amentities.

They keep raising the rent and the deposits. It took almost three months to get my deposit back when I moved from one apartment to another WITHIN THE SAME COMPLEX.

So not only am I not going to live here when my lease is up, I am most certainly NOT going to recommend this place to anyone.

Ridiculous.

I moved here about 2 months ago and I love it. Everyone in the office has been great. My apartment is beautiful, I love the hardwood floors. My experience with this community has been great. I would recommended anyone to live here. It is a great place!!!

The pool is back up and seems to be very nice, the gym equipment is in the process of being replaced/repaired. The landscaping is very nice in my opinion. The business center is crappy, but most people either have thier own comp or can go to a public library. I am very happy with the complex.

He's right about the laundry. Not only is it sub-par, but my key doesn't work in the one by the office. Place has always been understaffed. I signed a 6-month lease here early last Fall. They brought me back in a month later saying that it wasn't filled out right. I was on my way to work and stupidly did not read it before signing. Long story short, I now have a year lease. Other than that though I like it here. Very calm and quiet. People have complained about roaches--I've never once seen a roach here. --D. J. Cram
