I just want to write a review for all of you that are looking, about how much of a diamond in the rough this complex is.

The pool is a decent size, and very nice and clean. They even have a wrap around deck that looks over a fabulous jogging trail view. The tennis court is well kept up and the basketball court is decent. There are lots of trees and bushes and pretty landscaping. There is a crummy but useable business center and weight room.

The condo (2-2) that I am in the process of moving into has an awesome floorplan. We only share one wall with neighbors, so it feels more like a townhouse. There are 9ft ceilings and an alarm system you can have activated. The kitchen is small, but the appliances are brand spanking new. We even have an ice maker. The bedroom is big enough to fit my bed and two full sized dressers. There is a small private bathroom and a large, spacious hallway bathroom. The second bedroom is alittle small, but has a window (which is not shown on the floorplan). The laundry room has full sized connections and a huge amount of storage space above the appliances. The majority of the apt. has nice wood floors and feels very clean and open. The living room is huge and the dining room, living room, and kitchen feel like one big open space. The porch is sunny and perfect if you own plants. There is a storage closet on the porch.

The best part is the veiw. We are getting a condo that faces the jogging trail. This trail runs along Walnut Creek and connects to Walnut Creek Park.

And for animal lovers, they allow big dogs and any cats. They do have breed restrictions, but who doesnt' I doubt if they really check into your dog, however.

Keep in mind that I havn't actually lived here yet, but I am so amazed at the deal we got on this beautiful apt.



Just wanted to update: I have now lived here for several months and still absolutely love it here! I love my apartment/condo, I love my "backyard" behind the porch, My dog loves the trails, and all of my neighbors love it here as much as I do.

Every complex has problems of the management trying to take your money and bugs and maintenence. On the bug issue, This is texas and everywhere that isn't sealed will get infested with bugs. Its something Texans have to live with. The office has never given me any trouble, and maintenence is just as good as any apartment I have ever lived in. Yes I wish they would respond faster, but I have not seen better at any complex in the same price range.

I think the other reviews do not do this complex justice!

OMG, this post has Tybray management or a friend of management written all over it. Wait until your AC goes out or something worse. I'm still waiting for them to fix it and nothing but empty promises.
