Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I've been here since June of 2007 and my lease expired May 31st. Like an idiot I renewed my lease and should have moved out the first change I had. Getting repairs fixed takes FOREVER and the front office is filled with empty promises and not allot of action. Its been going almost 3 weeks now and I'm still having the same cooling issue in my apartment and water damages from my AC unit. I will eventually have to seek legal action to remedy the ever mounting list of problems.
