Well this review is pretty much the same as everyone elses. Lets see...the management is un-professional and lazy. The actual apartment manager hits on me everytime I walk into the place, my lease is about up and so the complex I'm going to be moving into needed my rental history. It took this lady...the Mexican B@#%$ (another tennant refered to her as in his review) THREE days to get my rental history faxed over to another Apt. complex. I still believe she only faxed it over because I personally went to her office and offered to take it to my Apt. complex myself. So aside from lazy unprofessional management, the site constantly has car break ins. My truck was broken into twice, and 5 people in my building had their cars broken into as well. The funny thing about was when I told the manager I was leaving and she asked me why, I told her the biggest reason was because of the break ins. She acted like she was completely oblivious to this problem. As far as maintenance issues go, their maintenance workers are their custodial/lawn-care/maintenance workers, who by the way prefer if you know spanish, and I'm willing to bet are illegal. Getting them to fix anything is impossible, however they are good at picking up trash. So aside from unprofessional lazy management, break ins, and horrible maintenance, you also have loud and disrespectful neighbors, I swear APD is here on a weekly basis, and this site isn't even that big. I personally remember seeing APD kick in the door of one apartment. Bottom line...the place isn't worth it. I could go on and on about how bad this place is, ITS NOT WORTH IT!!! I should have realized you get what you pay for...so I have nobody to blame but myself.
