Too hard to please? Okay let me give you the run-down. I lived in that dump for a year, and within that time, my truck was broken into twice, five other people in my building had their vehicles broken into as well. When I told the apartment manager that I wasn't going to renew my lease, she asked me why. I told her mainly because of the break-ins, not to mention APD kicking in someone's door at least once a month. Lets see what else, the UN-PROFESSIONAL LAZY office staff thats another reason. The maintenance crew/lawn care guys that "prefer" if you speak Spanish, are lazy and getting them to actually fix something is close to impossible. Last but not least, I made TWO payments to Edge Creek before I found out that my unit was bought out by a private owner. The only way I found out was because the thermostat in my apartment quit working and when I went to address this to the Apt manager she told me "Oh...your unit isn't owned by us anymore, you'll need to get in touch with your landlord." I'm glad somebody told me... Lets see is there anything else I can think of..oh yes, getting woken up at 2 in the morning by a man asking for change, and you say people like me are too hard to please. So why don't you just come out and admit that you either work for Edge Creek or your some greedy landlord who thought they could turn a profit when you bought one of these over-priced dumps. By the way, I live at the Artisan now, and I have NO COMPLAINTS... "so close to a creek and reasonably, (not reasonable) priced" is that all you got? Oh and not to mention the "kewl" bbq pit and picnic tables...haha, LAME!!! Just like EDGE CREEK!!!

so funny, so I've been here for about a year and think it's a great location. Like most apartment complexes, I really wish my neighbors would be more conscientious about leashing and picking up after their pets. Yes, I've experienced the car being broken into/stereo stolen and mourned when I saw flyers of neighbors bikes and stuff being stolen. However, the greenbelt area is nice. And again, the location is great. But, I agree with my neighbor who is complaining above, they are overcharging on rent. And, they do take their time to fix things (if at all). But, you know, you get what you pay for. It's not a bad place to live. The wood-like floors inside and how you choose to decorate it can make it a nice cozy little place to live. Just use common sense and be courteous to others.
