If you are a University of Texas student, you could not ask for a better apartment. The management is nice, the units are a good size, and the area of town is college oriented, but not party oriented. I could also get to campus in just 10 minutes if I walked, and there is a us stop right accross the street. The only drawack was the unit's lack of storage space.
