I used to live here for a year when I was at budget and need to go to school a few times a day..

Pros:
-- cheap, I paid $425 for 1bd
-- close to UT, very convenient
-- nice management, staff
-- mostly quiet
-- big living room
..

Cons:
-- bedroom is not very comfortable, small window, dark, I used for storage for a while
-- a couple of nights, some kids played at the pool, very loud, and I remember it was around 1am or so
-- yes, high electricity bills,
-- i found rats in my apartment, very scary, it turned out there was a hole somewhere in the kitchen area.. the rats ate my rice, sofa, and bags, etc.. they sent rat guy set up rat traps and did catch one,, again, very scary..
