Great Place to live

The environment is so comfortable. Friendly staff and managers, plenty of parkings and laundry facilities, beautiful flowers and lawn, and most of the time quiet. Within walking distance to Cal State Fullerton and 1 minute to 57 FWY. Most importantly, with this price of rent, it's the best around this area.
